Our C@P Program helps people develop their computer skills and learn about the benefits of using information technology.The program creates opportunities for people to expand their knowledge and exchange ideas. C@P provides on-line access to government programs and services and helps business people enter the world of electronic commerce by using new technology, our C@P site also provides access to education and training resources, no matter where you live.
